Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Koinets platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Koinets reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Koinets is an automated cryptocurrency trading platform that connects to supported exchanges — Binance, Bybit, KuCoin, OKX and Kraken — via API keys you provide.

Koinets is a technology service provider. We are not a financial advisor, broker, dealer, exchange, custodian or investment manager.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction.

• You are of legal age in your country of residence.
• Cryptocurrency trading is not prohibited by any law applicable to you.
• You are not on any government sanctions or restricted-persons list.
• The funds used through the Service are legitimately owned by you.

4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately at support@koinets.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. API Key Usage & Custody

You grant Koinets limited authority to place, manage and close trades via your API keys. Never enable withdrawal permissions on any key linked to Koinets.

Your funds always remain on your exchange. Koinets does not hold, custody or have access to withdraw your funds. All API keys are stored encrypted using AES-256.

6. Supported Exchanges & Add-Ons

All plans include Binance. Additional exchanges (Bybit, KuCoin, OKX, Kraken) cost $20 USD per exchange per month.

You may add or remove exchanges at any time. Removal takes effect at the next billing period. Partial-month fees are non-refundable.

7. Subscription Plans & Billing

* Starter Annual requires account balance under $2,000 at time of purchase.

A 5% platform fee is charged on gross monthly trading profits. Payments accepted in BTC and USDT (TRC20).

8. Free Trial

New accounts receive 5 complimentary trades at no cost. Once exhausted, an active subscription is required.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Monthly subscriptions: cancel anytime, no partial-month refunds. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days with fewer than 5 trades are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days or 5 trades, non-refundable.

10. Referral Programme

• Level 1 (direct referral): 7% of subscription fees
• Level 2: 4% of subscription fees
• Level 3: 2% of subscription fees

11. Investment Programme

Where Koinets offers an investment tier, participation is subject to additional terms at time of deposit. Returns are not guaranteed.

13. Prohibited Use

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the Service.
• Share account credentials with third parties.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent the free trial.
• Manipulate the referral programme through self-referrals or fraudulent accounts.

14. Service Availability

We aim for 24/7 availability but are not liable for losses from downtime, exchange API outages, or events beyond our control.

15. Limitation of Liability

Koinets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including trading losses. Total liability shall not exceed subscription fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Koinets from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

17. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks and software forming the Service are the exclusive property of Koinets or its licensors.

18. Governing Law & Disputes

Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
